About Constitutional Kentucky

Constitutional Kentucky is a nonprofit, grassroots organization.

Our goal is to reintroduce and increase awareness of the Constitution and the history of the United States and Kentucky in our school classrooms.

Constitutional Kentucky was established in December 2019 by founder and President Tony L. Wheatley. We recognize that the key to creating a renewed appreciation for this great nation was to reinstate the Constitution and unabridged history of the United States into our classrooms.

"The future of our Constitution can only survive if future generations are engaged in its salvation!"

Two children are focused on working together at a laptop, with one pointing at the screen displaying a colorful, cartoon-like program. The setting suggests a classroom with various supplies and a bulletin board visible in the background.

Constitutional Kentucky's programs transformed my understanding of the Constitution. I feel empowered to engage in discussions about our rights and responsibilities as citizens.

A large building facade with the text of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution engraved prominently. Several cars, including a red taxi, are parked in front of the building. People are sitting and standing near the entrance, and a lamppost is visible in the foreground.
